For conveyancers

An AI receptionist for conveyancers

When it doesn’t know, it says so. It will not guess at your fees or your timelines.

The questions you already answer

Questions with an answer you write once

“What are your fees for a purchase?”
The questions clients actually ask — fees, hours, turnaround, parking. In your own words, the way you’d say them.
“What do I need to bring to sign the contract?”
Built to say your answer, in your words or an AI translation of them, because a person approved it first.
“How long does a settlement usually take?”
Who approved it, when, in which language, whether it was translated, and when it expires. You can show a client exactly where a sentence came from.

Where it stops

The honest answers

Not a chatbot that improvises. Before any call is taken, every sentence it can say has been approved by a named person — or is an AI translation of one that was.

“Where is my settlement up to?”

There is no job or matter store, so it cannot see their records; it says it has no answer for that rather than guessing at one.

A caller who needs a person now

An add-on to the Standard plan. Transfer is English only: a caller speaking Mandarin or Cantonese is not put through.

A question with no approved answer

If a caller asks something with no approved answer, it says so and asks if there is anything else. After several unanswered in a row it offers to have someone ring them back on the number they called from — or asks them to ring back, when it has no number to use.

It always says it’s an AI

It says so before anything else, on every call. That sentence is not a setting anyone can switch off: if it is missing, the line refuses to take calls at all.

Before a real caller

Not on your number yet

The line does not yet answer a business’s published number; hosting and the privacy and processing terms are still being finished. How we’d start with you

Next step

A 20-minute call, and you’ll know

We’ll go through the questions your reception answers twenty times a week, and what it would take to have them answered properly at 7pm on a Friday.

No deck. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the call.

Email the person who built it. You’ll get a reply from a human.
