Getting started

How we’d start with you

It starts with the questions your callers already ask. Collect those, and the answers you already give, and most of the work is done.

01

A 20-minute call

We go through the questions your reception answers twenty times a week.

02

Collect your common questions

The handful callers ask most, written the way they ask them.

03

Write the answers in your own words

The answer you already give, and the document it comes from. No answer yet? The line says so rather than guess.

04

A named person approves each answer

With a date and an expiry. Nothing is spoken until they do.

05

Decide where the line stops

Advice, a customer’s records, anything urgent: it offers to have someone ring the caller back.

06

Before a real caller Not yet

The line does not yet answer a business’s published number; hosting and the privacy and processing terms are still being finished.

Questions businesses usually start with

  • How much does it cost?
  • How long will it take?
  • What do I need to bring?
  • What are your opening hours?
  • Where do I park?
  • I think I have the wrong number.

Next step

A 20-minute call, and you’ll know

We’ll go through the questions your reception answers twenty times a week, and what it would take to have them answered properly at 7pm on a Friday.

No deck. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the call.

Email the person who built it. You’ll get a reply from a human.
