# Citaline

> Citaline is a governed AI receptionist for the business line your clients already call. It is built to answer every call in seconds, speaking only sentences a named person in your business approved, and it never makes anything up. It says it is an AI on every call. Offered in Australia.

Citaline is for Australian small and medium businesses whose callers can wait for a call back, with professional practices (accounting, tax, legal and conveyancing) as the lead example. It is not the fix for a business whose important call is an emergency: it takes the request and a call back is booked, and it transfers no call today. It is priced per month and per answered call, never per seat or per minute, with no setup fee.

- [Basic — A$99 per month, plus GST](https://citaline.com/pricing/): books the call back. Built to answer every call, day and night, and to say it is an AI. It takes the caller's request (why they rang, and a call back on their number), marks a repeat request so nobody is rung back twice, and keeps a private list of every request for the business. 100 answered calls a month, then A$0.60 per answered call.
- [Standard — A$249 per month, plus GST](https://citaline.com/pricing/): answers from your approved answers. Everything in Basic, plus answers to common questions (hours, services, fees) only from answers the business approved, English and Mandarin (Mandarin in tests, not yet on a call from a real caller), and a list of new questions callers asked that had no answer yet. 300 answered calls a month, then A$0.60 per answered call.
- Premium — coming, not yet available and not priced: transfer to a person when the caller asks, Cantonese, a monthly summary in plain sentences, and appointment booking.

On every plan: no setup fee, twelve months for the price of ten on annual prepay, a thirty-day money-back guarantee, and every governance feature (named approvers, expiry dates, instant withdrawal, the review queue, the full record of what was said).

## What it does not do today

- No business has pointed its own number at it yet.
- There is no self-service sign-up. Starting is by conversation.
- What was asked and what happened is written down. The audio is not kept, and neither is a word-for-word transcript.
- It is offered in Australia only.
