What it costs

Two plans today, and a third on the way

Per business — not per seat, not per minute. Every plan says it is an AI and speaks only sentences a named person in your business approved. The plans differ in what the line does for your callers, never in how carefully it does it.

The plans

Basic

Books the call back

A$99per month, per business, plus GST

100 answered calls a month, then A$0.60 per answered call

  • Built to answer every call, day and night, and to say it is an AI
  • Takes the caller’s request: why they rang, and a call back on their number
  • Marks a repeat request, so nobody is rung back twice
  • A private list of every request, for your business

The plan most businesses need

Standard

Answers from your approved answers

A$249per month, per business, plus GST

300 answered calls a month, then A$0.60 per answered call

  • Everything in Basic
  • Answers common questions — hours, services, fees — only from answers your business approved
  • English and Mandarin, switching when the caller does (Mandarin in tests, not yet on a call from a real caller)
  • New questions: what callers asked that had no answer yet, ready for you to answer and approve

On every plan

No setup fee
Ever, on either plan. There is real work in getting a line ready — writing the answers, having a named person approve them — and it is our job to do it, not something to bill you for before you have heard the thing work.
Answered calls, not minutes
Each plan includes answered calls, then one rate per answered call above that. Read the last section before you treat an allowance as a measured limit, because it is not.
Twelve months for ten, if you prepay the year
Two months, on either plan. There is no other discount and no negotiation ladder — the price on this page is the price.
Thirty days, money back, no questions asked
If it isn’t right for your business, tell us within thirty days of your first answered call and we refund everything invoiced in that time — the monthly fee and any calls above the allowance. Not a credit, not a pro-rata, and we don’t ask you to justify it.
Every governance feature, on every plan
Named approvers, expiry dates, instant withdrawal, the review queue, the near-miss record, the full call log. These are not premium extras. They are the reason the product exists.

The shape

What you are actually buying

One number, answered by something that will only say sentences a named person in your business approved.

Your existing business number
The one your customers already have. Extra numbers are a conversation, not a higher plan.
Priced per answered call, above the included volume
Deliberately not per minute. A minute meter rewards rushing the caller and punishes a careful read-back — and the read-back is a feature we argue for. The price should never argue against the product's own behaviour.
Busy months are a rate, not a renegotiation
If your line answers far more than expected, the overflow rate covers it. Nobody rings you about upgrading.
You can stop at any month
No setup fee means the decision stays reversible. For a product with the track record this one has, that is the only fair way to sell it.
Moving between plans
Start on Basic and move to Standard when you have written your answers. It is the same line with more of it switched on, not a new product to set up.

Why it is shaped this way

Three decisions, and the reason for each

A price is an argument about what the product is for. These are ours, written down so you can disagree with them.

Per business, not per seat

One price for the business, however many people take its calls. Seats are friction, and counting them would turn a phone line into a licence negotiation.

Per answered call, not per minute

A minute meter would make us want your callers off the phone. The product's whole argument is that it should read things back carefully and hand off when it does not know.

No setup fee, permanently

The nearest comparable product charges thousands to start. A small business owner deciding on a monthly subscription can stop at any month; a large upfront fee turns a reversible decision into an irreversible one.

Being straight with you

What these numbers are, and are not

Nobody has paid these prices yet Untested
The call allowances are estimates, not measurements Not measured
There is no self-service sign-up By design
No business has pointed its own number at it Not today

Next step

A 20-minute call, and you’ll know

We’ll go through the questions your reception answers twenty times a week, and what it would take to have them answered properly at 7pm on a Friday.

No deck. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the call.

Email the person who built it. You’ll get a reply from a human.
